一、廣州進(jìn)口食品報關(guān)清關(guān)流程

1.進(jìn)口商公司必須擁有海關(guān)及檢疫的進(jìn)出口備案，需要有進(jìn)口出權(quán)才能進(jìn)口，如果沒有進(jìn)出口權(quán)又想進(jìn)口商品，那么可以**我司進(jìn)出口權(quán)進(jìn)口。

2.進(jìn)口商需向工商部門申請（食品流通許可證）。

所指預(yù)包裝食品進(jìn)口辦理標(biāo)簽，認(rèn)監(jiān)委的合格進(jìn)口允許。

4.進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品得到允許后，在發(fā)貨需辦理標(biāo)簽備案。

5.找報關(guān)公司代理，商檢抽樣報關(guān)等事。

6.中國檢驗檢疫局的合格證書，產(chǎn)品加貼中文標(biāo)簽即可出售。

First, Guangzhou imported food customs clearance process

2. The importer needs to apply to the industrial and commercial department (food circulation permit).

5. Find agent of customs declaration company, commodity inspection and sample declaration.

6. Obtain the certificate of conformity of the China Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, and the product can be sold with the Chinese label.

二、收貨人備案的流程

1、進(jìn)口商填寫食品收貨人備案申請表。

2、工商營業(yè)執(zhí)照、對外貿(mào)易經(jīng)營者備案登記表、進(jìn)出口貨物報關(guān)登記證、自理報檢備案登記表等復(fù)印件并校驗正本；

3、企業(yè)質(zhì)量安全管理制度、進(jìn)口食品流通許可證、日常工作管理制度表、經(jīng)營范圍 存放地點(diǎn)說明等

4、提供兩年內(nèi)曾從事食品進(jìn)口、加工和銷售的相關(guān)說明。

5、擬定經(jīng)營進(jìn)口食品的種類、存放地點(diǎn)、并實記錄進(jìn)口化妝品流向，記錄保存期限不得少于2年。

6、收貨人必須要有食品經(jīng)營相關(guān)范圍;

7、收貨人要有食品流通許可證;

6. The consignee must have a relevant scope for food business;

7. The consignee must have a food circulation permit;
